Terms & Conditions

Please familiarise yourself with the field rules before you use.

1. All dog poo must be picked up and place in the bin provided. (Other rubbish should be taken home with you)

2. Arrive no more than a few minutes before your booking time and please have vacated the field by the end of your slot. (Your time slot includes arrival & exit of the field - please do not run over time)

3. On arrival please stay in your vehicle until the previous user has got their dog back to their vehicle.

4. Parking available in your booked field - please unlock the gate, drive in then lock the gates behind you.

5. Children and dogs  must be supervised at all times and at no time should they be left in the field unattended.

6. Do not allow your dog to dig anywhere in the field.

7. Make sure the gate is locked upon entering and leaving the field.

8. Refunds  will only be made if a cancellation is made 48hrs before your booking.

Stanford Dog Fields are used at your own risk. The management does not accept liability for any accident, injury, misadventure or damage to person , dogs or vehicles however so incurred.

XL Bully Dogs:

All XL Bully types will be allowed Muzzle Free in our fields BUT:

*The dog must be registered with the index of exempted dog (IED)

* A public liability insurance certificate for the dog is held

* The dog is Neutered & Micro Chipped - in line with Government Rules

* The dog is to be kept in the car and muzzled until your time to enter the field. The dog must be kept on a lead at all times when not in the field.

*The muzzle can only be removed once you have entered the field and locked the gate securely behind you.

* All dogs must be from the same household (if booking more than 1 dog for the session) - they can be in the field together but the Bully time must have a 1:1 handler and the other dogs supervised by someone else.​​
